Contract Type and Description
NAWCTSD

Carley was awarded Lot I (full and open procurement) and Lot II (small business set-aside) under the Training Data Products Contract (TDPC). The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts, inclusive of options, is $780,000,000.

Under the TDPC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC) multiple award contract the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) may procure a broad range of training systems and intermediate work products under the following three functional areas:

  1. Analysis, design, and evaluation.
  2. Development, production, and implementation.
  3. Sustainment.
The contract ordering period is effective through September 2020.
NAWCTSD

Carley is the managing member for Triton Joint Venture, L.L.C. (TRITON JV), who was awarded the Training Systems Contract III (TSC III) Lot II Multiple Award contract for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). LOT II is 100% small business set-aside, with a funding ceiling of $2,000,000,000.
TSC III is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC) intended to provide training systems design, development, production, test and evaluation, delivery, modification, and support to the Naval Air Systems Commands Aviation Training Systems Program Office, as well as the Program Directorates for Aviation, Surface, Undersea, and Cross-Warfare/ International at NAWCTSD.

The contract ordering period is effective through September 2016.
SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) made electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services. This decision emphasizes the Navy Virtual SYSCOM's focus on implementing cost-effective and integrated business practices to better support our Navy. For contract details, click here.

NETPDTC Seal

Under the Army's Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Omnibus Contract II (STOC II) vehicle, Carley Corporation holds two contracts:

  • one to bid tasks specifically reserved for small businesses (set aside/restricted)
  • one for tasks open to all bidders (full and open/unrestricted)

With a funding ceiling of $17,500,000,000, STOC II is a major contract vehicle for the Army's simulation and training efforts and is available for use by other military services and federal agencies as well. Carley offers a broad range of training products and services through STOC II, including an array of computer- and web-based courseware and technology-based training systems.

The contract ordering period is effective through September 2018.

This General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule can be used by all federal agencies to rapidly procure Carley's custom learning solutions. We specialize in inter/intranet based advanced distributed/distance learning (ADL), interactive multimedia instruction (IMI), video-teletraining (VTT), instructor-led training, and instructional systems development (ISD).

The contract ordering period is effective through November 2015.
