 SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) made electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services. Carley Corporation is one of four pre-qualified small business contractors under the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Training Systems Contract (TSC) II, Lot II, an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQ) contract. The Carley Team includes Northrop Grumman Information Technology (NGIT) and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). The services provided by Carley under this contract include planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, support, maintenance, modification, modeling and simulation, and management of technology-based training products. |

Corporation is one of four pre-qualified contractors under the
Naval Education and Training Professional Development and Technology
Center (NETPDTC) Curriculum Development Training Data Products
and Services IDIQ contract. Carley and our subcontractor, Northrop
Grumman Information Technology, have teamed together to provide
NETPDTC and other military service branches access to our skilled
human performance consultants and information technology specialists.
Some of our solutions include Advanced Distributed Learning
(ADL) courseware development, performance support systems development,
knowledge management, and on-site human performance services
support. Even though this is a NETPDTC contracting vehicle it
can be used by any of the branches of the Department of Defense
to acquire our services. |
