History
The company was founded in 1991, when Carley was awarded a contract to develop computer-based training for U.S. Army soldiers. We expanded this client base and have since provided large-scale custom training solutions for all branches of the US DoD, the federal government, corporate organizations, and some international agencies.
Over the years, we have broadened our core business of providing training solutions to now include the full range of solutions required to improve human performance.

What We Do
Human performance can be improved through many ways – including job re-organization, providing better technology-based tools, and providing appropriate training prior to, and during job performance.
Today, Carley has a staff of about 100 dedicated professionals who develop custom solutions to improve human performance – this includes learning solutions , performance support , information technology , and management solutions.
Carley’s multidisciplinary, talented staff creates custom solutions that work in your environment for your people that address your performance needs. We do this by following the principles of Human Performance Technology, Instructional Systems Design, and Human Factors engineering.
Our performance improvement experts, organizational development specialists, instructional designers, software engineers, graphic artists, and multimedia specialists, as well as project managers, provide both the depth and breadth of experience to improve human and organizational performance.
