Carley Awarded 8-year Training Systems Contract with NAVAIR

Carley Corporation has been awarded an 8-year contract by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Training Systems Division, in Orlando, FL. The Training Systems Contract (TSC) II, Lot II, is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC). Carley was one of only three small businesses to receive an award under Lot II. The Carley Team includes Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT) and DynCorp Systems & Solutions LLC (DynCorp).

Carley will perform planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, support, maintenance, modification, and management of technology-based training products under this contract. This includes Instructional Systems, Human Performance Systems, Job Performance Aids, Curricula hardware and software), Computer-based Training, Distributed Learning, Electronic Classrooms, Learning Centers, and Modeling and Simulation.
