Carley awarded two Delivery Orders

Carley Corporation was awarded two delivery orders by the DWP’s Pensions Direct and Appeals Services agencies. The courses being developed for Pensions Direct provide new entrant training for Minimum Income Guarantee and for Retirement Pension (MIG&RP): The purpose of this web-based e-learning is to train new entrant MIG&RP call center employees. The e-learning consists of interactive courseware that is used in conjunction with an existing instructor-led course. The purpose of web-based e-learning for Appeals Services is to inform its Operations and Support Directorates of the impact of the Child Support Reforms (CSR) and give them the knowledge and skills to be able to process CSR appeals.
