Carley Corporation Wins NAVAIR Navy Diving Supervisor Contracts

Orlando, Florida -- Carley Corporation announced today a contract award to develop and produce 13 video-facilitated decision-making skills training scenarios for Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWC) Diving Supervisors. The scenarios will be employed in Diving Supervisor classrooms to train the ability to recognize diving injuries and symptoms associated with diving illnesses, such as hypoxia, arterial gas embolisms, and severe hypothermia. Additional skills, such as dive briefs, table checks, and diving support will also be trained.

The 13 scenarios will be integrated into the Diving Supervisor classroom instruction via DVD formatted video segments. The scenarios will have multiple paths that allow students to make decisions at various points in the scenario. The DVD will have a menu structure that allows the students to see the repercussions of their decisions and receive feedback on them.

Carley Corporation will develop the treatment, pre-production plan, scripts and storyboards for the production, produce the video scenarios in Coronado, California, and edit the scenarios in Carley’s production facilities in Orlando, Florida.

This is the third delivery order awarded to Carley Corporation under NAVAIR’s TSC II Lot II contract.
