December 2024, Orlando Florida – Carley Corporation has been awarded two prime contracts on the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services + (OASIS+) contract:

- Total Small Business Set-Aside
OASIS+ is a Government-wide, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) acquisition program for services. OASIS+ is managed by GSA and combines the scope of three existing contracts: 1) Legacy OASIS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC); 2) Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) GWAC, and 3) Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) ID/IQ.
This contract vehicle will enable federal customers to acquire innovative solutions from highly qualified businesses on a contract vehicle designed to be Best-in-Class (BIC), which is a Government-wide designation that satisfies key criteria defined by the Office of Management and Budget which allows sellers to offer an expanded variety of services.
Carley won the two prime contract seats under the ‘Technical and Engineering’ domain. Work under this domain will include:
- Requirements analysis
- Advanced technology pilots
- Systems Engineering
- Modeling and Simulation
- Human Factors/Usability Engineering
- IV&V
- Technical documentation
