From 2010 through the end of 2012, Carley has installed 2,208 work-stations for 164 Electronic Classrooms (ECs) under the General Aviation Training Products (GATP) contract. EC installations have been completed for Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force schoolhouses in Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia.

ECs incorporate computer and network technologies – with instructor-controlled multimedia tools and presentations, along with student work-stations – to deliver a more dynamic classroom experience. ECs may be unclassified or classified; with classified ECs requiring highly-secure closed networks. Carley manages our subcontractors to determine and meet facility requirements in order to provide a turnkey solution. We perform site surveys, prepare engineering drawings, design the network, determine equipment specifications, and prototype the configuration prior to installation and testing.
