Carley Corporation has been awarded a prime contract under the multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in collaboration with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

The purpose of the contract is to provide Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) to the federal government. Under this contract, Carley will be able to provide services in three areas:

  1. Customized training and employee development services – under this service area, Carley will develop training as well as deliver courses and provide curriculum administration services. Carley will also provide employee coaching services.
  2. Customized human capital strategy services – under this service area, Carley will develop Human Resource strategies, staff acquisition, organizational and performance management, compensation and separation management.
  3. Customized organizational performance improvement services – under this service area, Carley will provide consultation services in order to achieve improved performance due to changes in how people are organized around business processes, changes to the processes themselves and the tools created to support those processes, as well as changes in management practices.

Services under this contract are available to all Federal Agencies. The contract is valued at over $3.5B over a 16.5 year period.
