Carley Wins Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning Contract

March 30, 2020, Orlando, Florida – Carley Corporation continues to expand its role supporting U.S. Navy training under a Delivery Order (DO) award from the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). The DO has a value of over $50M, inclusive of options, and was competed through one of NAWCTSD’s multiple award contracts.

As part of the Navy’s Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative, Carley will implement emerging learning technologies and techniques to improve the transfer of training to the operational fleet. Carley will produce new training content that employs engaging instructional design and media, and is accessible from the waterfront or operational units’ training delivery platforms. Training formats will include instructor-facilitated training, self-directed interactive training, performance support, and structured on-the-job resources.

“We are absolutely thrilled that the Navy has entrusted this substantial wave of RRL work to our company,” said Amy Motko, Carley’s President. “Our talented and creative staff of training professionals understands the significance of this tasking to the Navy, and we are all fully committed to its success.”
