Carley Corporation has been awarded three separate multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in support of Naval Education Training Command’s Naval Training Products and Services Program. Each contract has a six-year ordering period, with award base and Options. The total estimated value across the three contracts is over $700 Million.

Under these contracts, Carley will be able to provide services in the following Functional Areas:

Contract #1: Curriculum Analysis
Products and services under this contract include curriculum analysis services, including conducting Job Duty Task Analyses, Front End Analyses, and Business Case Analyses. Carley will also provide curriculum planning and design services, including developing Training Transition Plans, Training Project Plans, and course management documents. Lastly, Carley may provide curriculum evaluation services, including training evaluations and the development of Evaluation Assessment Plans.

Contract #2: Curriculum Maintenance & Development
Products and services under this contract include developing Design Documents, new media, new curriculum products, and updating the technical content of existing training courses. The types of training products Carley may develop for the Navy include self-paced training, group-paced training, blended training, serious gaming, and performance support systems.

Contract #3: : Content Re-Engineering, Development, PC Simulations & Modeling
Products and services under this contract include developing highly interactive, immersive training applications that employ simulation technology. Delivery platforms include desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. Carley may also re-engineer existing training materials to build in higher levels of interactivity, emphasize skill proficiency and higher level knowledge development, and include performance-based assessments.
