CTE JV Awarded USAF C-5 MATS Contract

February 9, 2021, Orlando, Florida – Carley Corporation announces that its CTE Joint Venture (JV) was awarded the U.S. Air Force C-5 Maintenance and Aircrew Training System (MATS) support services contract. This task order was competitively awarded to CTE JV under the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Training Systems Acquisition III (TSA III) multiple award contract.

The C-5 Galaxy is the largest aircraft in the Air Force inventory and provides global strategic airlift capability for the Department of Defense. CTE JV’s support to the C-5 MATS program will encompass operations, maintenance, and concurrency upgrades of twenty-nine training devices across three locations, Contractor Logistics Support for these devices, and management of two Training System Support Centers. These services help provide Air Mobility Command (AMC) with trained maintainers, loadmasters, and flight engineers to execute Air Force missions worldwide.

CTE JV is a joint venture between Carley Corporation, Engineering Support Personnel (ESP), Inc., and J.F. Taylor, Inc. with comprehensive expertise in military training systems engineering and lifecycle support, including software development, product configuration management and control, trainer upgrades and modifications, contractor logistics support, courseware development, student instruction, and program management.
